Absolutely cannot do this in a # of professional circumstances (funding is tied to grants w/ specific names, or someone paying for it expects receipts in x/y/z format or charged to business accounts).

Not saying the req isn't a dick & couldn't have figured a better way to handle it but uhh, def not that simple. "My dumbass GA tried to get credit card rewards on our grant funding" isn't going to fly lol.

Grants are picky. I just submitted a request for reimbursement from an agency with a grant for a rental expense. The bill had the correct address on it, but my business name, not MY name, which is who the contract is with and who the check needed to be made out to.

I had to photoshop my name onto the bill to get paid, even though the bill showed the correct address and the rental contract has my name on it. Picky picky paper pushers.
