Mahomes is a little more naturally gifted, his arm strength is better etc, they also don't really play the same, Mahomes isn't nearly the runner Watson is. Like if the guys coming up in the AFC, Mahomes doesn't run nearly as much as Jackson or Watson so I assume he'll play longer and be injured less.
