I'm not saying you should sell other people's kidneys... But if someone were hypothetically trying to do that, they should start at local dialysis clinics, not ebay. I used to spend a lot of time transporting those folks around for work and it'd sell within a few days.

So, normally the doctor calls you but I don't know... Get good at lying or something I guess.

TONS of reasons. Our diets kill our kidneys, excessive medicine kills our kidneys, party living kills our kidneys, illnesses, side effects, the list goes on. Some of the people I met were just older and had lived hard lives. Some got sick and then things went badly with too many meds and some were young folks who just pulled a bad card.
