    Just curious, but do you guys factor in the waiting time between HITs when calculating hourly rate? I have a halfway decent hourly according to trackers, but honestly I wait a ton of time between HITs so it's not really true.

    Yes. If you dedicate a specific amount of time to working only on mturk, you should definitely be calculating your overall hourly, not just the tasks you do.
