Have you tried creamed honey at all? I use that for tea and such! It's stil simple. but it doesn't spike your sugar as fast as refined sugar cause it takes longer to digest and all that

One of my friends is vegan and this is how I learned Dos Equis is vegan beer! I also have 2 friends with celiacs, and thus know every cider/booze that is gluten free as well, HAH!

I found making brown sugar easy, but not worth it for the $. I use dark brown sugar most of the time and I usually just get it on sale for like a buck per 2 pounds and buy like 5 bags at a time, cause the grocery store app specifically sends me coupons for baking goods a lot I do always have emergency Molasses just in case, but a dollar just isn't enough money for me to fuss over price.

Now, cake flour is another story and I will happily sit there and doctor my own most of the time.
