haha around here brown sugar is a tad bit more on the pricey side, plus I dont use it that often so I just make it as I go. my food processor is broke so mixing it by hand.. gawd..

If you have an aldi around you and you don't use dark brown sugar, they have 32 oz of brown sugar for like 1.29ish usually! And that's the price I've seen in Ga/Sc/California. I've used it for years and years and never had a baking quality issue I just have to search around when I want dark brown sugar cause beloved Aldi doesn't have that. It's usually like 2.99 for 32 oz at my local store, so I just wait till I get a coupon and stock up! I have brown sugar bears so it doesn't dry out, and you can also freeze it if you're insane and buy a ton at once...and currently live in the high desert where it's dry as heckum! I'm a bit of a budget nazi

I love Aldis but there are a few things that are the same price as walmart. and brown sugar is one of them. its around 2.30ish at Adlis and walmart.
I should mention I live in Amish area of Ohio lol Which means stupid things are prices weird.
