That's great and so nice of you to take him in! I'm glad it's working out for everyone...except the worms.

 

Sometimes I get so 'conflicted', as I think you younger people would call it, about the whole cat 'thing'.
There are times when the 'cuteness' can be too much.
But I just got out of my all-day pajamas to face the cold miserable wet and frozen weather here to put some tuna (not the best thing, but hey!) out for a cat I've seen wandering around in truly awful conditions in the alley across the street. I totally love my cats. I love all three. Spence I think is special because he came along just after we had to let Dessa cross the rainbow bridge and that gutted me. So there was this ginormous hole in my heart and soul and the other kitties already had their spots and while Spence can't take Dessa's place, he did give me something to focus on that isn't that gaping dog shaped hole in my heart.

 

Awww, if that kitty could talk, he'd say, "Hey, thanks man. I was starving and cold and this food helps a lot..Meow"

Yeah, those aren't awesome. But really, any cat (or dog) can get them at any time. They can just happen if your pet goes outside, and sometimes with indoor animals. Worms are kinda gross but easily fixable.

Cat puke is worse than worms, imho, lol.
