Some of you may remember when I mentioned making some homemade ginger-beer a month or two ago(turned out great btw, used molasses to ferment instead of regular sugar) but during that process, I realized that I am now addicted to fermenting basically everything. Mmm, I love kimchi. I have not tried to make Kombucha yet, but I am adding it to the list as we speak. xD Haha. Yes! The ginger-beer came out great, it has that super deep molasses flavor to it, but I let it ferment to the point of really not being sweet at all, so its got very interesting tones.
