Thanks to the requester who actually put a trigger warning in before dealing with sensitive stuff.

 

The start was suuuuper rough, but honestly the routine now isn't too terrible. I've done my 4hr/night max sleep work sprints the last two weekends and it's not bad either. Used to do full weeks but can't do that anymore

 

Also it only says in the description, but if you do one, you can't do the other two. Which should be fairly obvious, but putting it out there before someone else asks.
