My completion time is a bit higher because I committed to leaving feedback for how annoyingly underpaid this survey was. It stung a bit more because at the end it had a writing prompt. There was nothing particular bad about the survey itself if the pay had been fairer, but 4 minutes is a barefaced lie.

Grill up a chicken breast.

In a separate pan, brown your chirizo. Plate chicken breast, and pour chirizo pan contents on chicken breast. Top with Queso Blanco.

 

It's pork and spices, what's not to like? It can be cured too and end up hard like a salami. There's even a green chile version that is really tasty. One of my favorite places to go to lunch does a grilled cheese with three kinds of cheese, hard chorizo, and sour cherry jam.
