Pea protein's a great substitute for flour, but I've found it's a little lacking on its own. It definitely has a "taste", and while it's not disgusting, it's definitely not good.

I typically use egg white protein (Bulksupplements) as a primary, pea protein (BS) for cooking / baking, and whey protein (MTS) when I want something with good flavor (smoothies, etc).
