    ... weren't they both blonde? Only know them from memes, so probably not. I'm guessing it's the one who's not Jim Carey - hey look I know a name!

    K just looked it up, Jim Carey was def not blonde and the other guy does not look familiar at all. I was thinking of the van-down-by-the-river guy (Chris Farley?) I might have been hallucinating memes for years

    It relative to average income of the area. Its cheaper than costal cities, yes, but for the mid west it near unliveable. Having employees under me allows me see how income and housing effects people. Where I work we start people at about 16-17 an hour, with benefits. So many of them struggle to afford to live here, if they are single without roommates they will struggle every month. So yes, it *cheap* for a city, and I think that makes it some how worse to think about
