I had the same issue with this hit a few rounds ago. It never sent the data and got rejected, but he was communicative-ish (had to email twice, but responded very quickly the second time) and he did reverse it. I offered to re-record but he didn't ask me to.

 

I did the first one and it was broken (contacted them and they allowed us to still submit it for the base pay). They said they would put up a fixed version. Looks like it was put up today and I didn't catch it

cognition task - 50 questions, they estimate will take 40 mins (I spent about 20)
watch an 8 minute video and take a comprehension test

I think the one of the comprehension questions is jacked. I submitted my answers, it told me I had one wrong. I changed the answer, then it kicked me out with a "You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired." (messaged requester but haven't heard back yet. I submitted the HIT with my ID as code)
