Fancy ramen and squash soup. Cooked with chicken broth, squash, shallots, garlic, curry paste, and sesame sauce.

I'm seeing a distinctive lack of meat. Send it back and try again.

 

It wasn't too bad. Better than a lot of things I've done. haha

 

No recipe really...

Olive Oil, 3 cloves of garlic saute for like 30 sec. (I didn't have any ginger, or I wouldhave had ginger here)
Add squash and shallots, and saute til tender.
Then add to the cooking pot 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of water per packet of cheapass noodles (I used Top Ramen)
Bring to boil.
While bringing to boil, add like 3 teaspoons of curry paste and three teaspoons of soy sauce and seaseme dressing.
Boil the noodles for like 4 minutes and cut the heat
Drop an egg per person into the broth to poach.
Serve.

It's the back end of using up a whole chicken - so it was broth and eggs.
