Some people in Facebook groups and forums are such self-righteous preachy losers! (not talking about this forum in the slightest.) When someone posts a question, they don't want you to sidestep the question altogether and give them an unsolicited lecture. Y'all know what I mean. Like someone posts "I have a wedding to attend in two weeks! Does anyone know any tips or tricks to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?" And some rear-end hole replies "Losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is extremely unhealthy and I do not recommend it. You need to concentrate on eating healthy, working out, and losing a sensible 1-2 pounds a week. Why do you need to lose ten pounds for the wedding anyways? You need to work on your self-esteem and stop caring what people think, and why did you wait until the last minute to start losing the weight?" What a jerky type of person to be. If the OP wanted to know if it was advisable to lose the weight, that's what they would have asked. If you can't answer the actual question keep your opinions to yourself! For me, I belong to one of those level up your life types of Facebook groups. Couple of areas I'm trying to level up in my life. I decided I wanted to get an accountability partner and posted that in the group. I got several responses from people interested in the same, but one rear-end hole felt the need to post this:

" it's been said that motivation can only be unlocked from the inside. When holding yourself accountable for your own life means more to you than it would anyone else, then you'll be ready. Good luck."

Dude, I didn't ask for your philosophy on accountability. I specifically posted that I was looking for an accountability partner and if anyone was interested, let me know. I promise you all I am not a violent person, but sometimes I wish Facebook would add a smack button!
