It never ceases to amaze me how retail employees act like the refund from your return is coming directly out of their pocket! I was a retail manager so I do realize returns come out of the companies bottom line. But if the product is defective it's defective and it's not like this chick at Walmart had to pull out her own wallet and give me a 20! Just scan the receipt, push the button so it goes back on my card and we're done here! Oh and keep the attitude. This chick acted like she had made the bag herself and I was insulting her craftsmanship! She literally asked me how I had used it. It's a bag and I put stuff in it. Dude, I had it for a week and the strap broke. Clearly I'm not keeping it. Smh.
