Babies think everything poop related is hilarious. I actually think my maturity level has gone down 100% in the poop humor department the last few weeks.

Do they? That's a legit question. Niece//nephew don't understand poop yet, they only respond to funny noises and occasionally tickles. Wondering if that's universal or just their more sophisticated sense of humor.

 

They think the faces you make while changing their stinky diapers are funny.

 

She's happy our dumb asses have given up on freaking out.

What? Yes. Newborns smile their stupid asses off everytime they dump out. All the "damn that feels good" of normal pooping with none of the learned social shame of having to poop in a stall with cracks other people can see through.

Kinda interesting that first time you realize you're gazing into someone elses eyes as they take a massive poop while grinning hugely.

Poo poo in the POT-tay! while conga dancing around the house in celebration that the tiny human just took a dump in a small plastic toilet that you suddenly realize you have to empty out. And possibly discuss with them as you're doing it and convince them to not cry as you wave bye bye to the poopies when you flush them down the big toilet.
