Making 400k/year doesn't mean much when your area's cost of living is so inflated that it isn't enough. Which is why I'm going to move to a third world country where my income makes me a queen.

Is it feasible to get some shit ass entry level job for like 200k a year there and then just sleep in your car for a year at your work's parking lot, and then go and spend your riches elsewhere?

Happens a lot because there isn't enough housing available. We need to build more.

I have many friends who make less than 500K in that area and they're living JUST FINE. It's not that expensive to live there. You don't need 500K to live near Stanford.

Did anyone else do the Glimcher Laboratory HIT 2 weeks ago and not get their bonus? A friend and I both haven't gotten ours yet, but I see at least one person has. As far as I can tell it's not even possible not to get a bonus from the HIT, even if you lose the worst lottery.

IIRC, there was a problem with their HIT at first which caused people to not be able to do the lottery portion. Were you able to do the entire HIT?
