I once wrote in the comments section of a HIT on the last page that the Consent form said it was higher pay not asking for anything.. The next day I received an email from the requestor commending me for reading the consent page and they sent me a bonus for the difference. Whoo hoo.

 

You can also sometimes shoot them an email afterwards noting the difference, but that sounds like even more effort than actually reading the consent form.

 

This wasn't a consent form though. It was just one line on the start page. No one actually believes I read consents forms.
