If I can be a little late with my two cents, 'the weekend' is the second half of Friday, all of Saturday, and Sunday until sundown.

 

Because I can stay up late on Friday nights my weekends start when I get off work Friday and last until I go to bed Sunday.

And since a week will have two "ends" (like any linear object, and laid out on a 2-d calendar a week is linear) Sunday is an "end", it's just at the beginning, so it's part of the weekend.

Also, while I outright admit I absolutely adore Sailor Moon in every single way you could adore Sailor Moon, there's better magical girl anime. Watch Madoka if you enjoy suffering, Revolutionary Girl Utena (directed by the same guy who did the first season of Sailor Moon iirc) if you enjoy artsy, and Princess Tutu if you want a more fairy tale influenced anime.

I consider the weekend to be the second I clock out of my job on (my) Friday until I go to bed on (my) Sunday.

a quick nap on Friday makes it feel like you’re refreshed and can stay up late, why wouldn’t it feel like a weekend?

 

I hate when I walk up to a pizza and it has an out of order sign. It really ruins my day.
