woahhhhh so as i'm sitting here looking online at a network adapter to buy, i randomly decided to connect the ethernet cable to my modem instead of the router. did that, turned the router off and POOF, my wireless networks show up again. I'M WIRE FREE AGAIN!!! no clue how but i won't question it. very happy right now
