The instructions in teh email say do it as the last thing for the day.

 

It says they want you to complete the survey after you are done with all other work for the day right on the instruction page before opening the survey.

it's monday. i've already done, like, 6 things that deserve a cone of shame, you're good.

 

I got the same thing. Pretty sure I did not, in fact, miss two or more answers on the quiz. They seem to be a new requester so I am going to send them a message and ask what exactly I missed on the "quiz".
