Another 15 minutes wasted with another poorly-designed survey's sloppy ambiguities. This one presented two opposing viewpoints in two paragraphs, and then asked questions about "the paragraph". Maybe I missed something, but IIRC they didn't clearly specify which paragraph they were asking about (I thought they were asking about the first one, so I proceeded on that assumption, but some of the final questions hinted that they might have meant the other paragraph, and in retrospect that was probably the case, but I'm not entirely sure). Because the two paragraphs expressed opposing views, focusing on the wrong one would lead to wrong responses. The requester will receive a mix of correct and incorrect responses from workers who focused on one paragraph or the other. Contacting the requester for clarification would be helpful, but I don't have time for that. I hit return and move on. (I mean, I hit return and then I come to the forum to vent and then I move on.)
