Returned a survey where two questions required
responses on a scale from -10 to +10:

The first ranged from: -10 (Not at all), to: +10 (Very Much). — Clear enough.

The other ranged from: -10 (Very Much), to: +10 (Not at all). — Hmm.

IMO, the wording of the 2nd question didn't explain why they put
"Very Much" on the negative end and "Not at all" on the +10 end.
I took another look to try to understand the intent there.
Maybe I'm dense, but I wasn't sure that I understood it correctly,
so I hit return and moved on.
