To be honest, I hate to say it, but I hope it does. Like the Green Bay packers, it takes the injury of your best players to realize how shitty of a team you have.

 

It also doesn't help that this has brought out all of the people who immediately go "martial law government taking your rights" to anything that is done.

 

I'm legit thinking the only thing that is going to be allowed to be open is grocery and gas. Unless they are going to deliver groceries to us.

No fair, my coworker cat took a big dump in the litterbox and then went back to bed...you just can't get any good help around here.

 

Moring. Already work from home and too poor for a social life, but I feel for everyone else struggling right now. Having the kids home is making work a bit more interesting, but really its just like summer break, but cold.

 

Oh also my week long resort vacation to Cancun is cancelled.

That SUPER sucks. My kids are supposed to go with their dad, wondering when that's going to get called off.

 

Annoyed I have to leave the house during all of this yet again.

 

Considering US daily deaths from this aren't supposed to peak until end of May and my vacation was in June we all figured it was best to just go another time, I doubt anyone will be allowed to travel at that point.

my oldest works in the mental health field and his job involves going to clients homes and out in the community with them and he is still working. On one hand I understand this is a stressful time for people who already have anxiety and such but really how is exposing them to possible infection helping them. I mean they could loosen rules about what defines "meeting" a client and talk over the phone or video chat anything but what they are doing

 

We are talking about viruses, shutdowns, social unrest and the bright side of cat turds....typical morning conversation.

 

There is a bright side to everything if you look hard enough...eh something like that
