Well, sweaty walk put off. Gotta run to my kid's ortho to get a retainer fixed. Kiddo doesn't have to be there thankfully.

 

I tried to stock up and hopefully found a balance between hoarding and make sure I didn't have to run to the store every 2-3 days

 

It's happened to me. I broke my knee in three places (2 years ago) and also have an autoimmune disorder.... I try to get out to at least walk around the block every day, or if it is snowing we open the windows (even if it is cold) for fresh air.

In my experience it's good to get out and breathe whenever you can.

Even people self-quarantining can still go out and bike or walk etc - just avoid congregating and contact and practice the 6 ft rule.

nah not a virus, there has just been times where ive spent over 24-36 hours inside working and I've felt sick after doing it. could be the vitamin d thing... or not changing my AC filter enough

 

I got my walmart order! Aside from the substitutions, and the complete cancellation of the chicken breast.
