Penne a la vodka, was popular in Rome in the 80's. It's probably the best thing I've ever eaten.
If you do my version (which is even better!) you make (or open up) your favorite tomato-based sauce,
blend it with some Hollandaise sauce, and add the vodka just before pouring it over the pasta.
Seriously. I'm talking Heaven on a plate!
