You didn't see their history? They're either reject happy or thieves. The IRB (Aarhus) was created last year I believe and is non-responsive. I caught that hit several weeks ago and messaged the IRB just to see if they responded to emails and they never did so I returned it, plus it was low-paying anyway. The school's been around for like 100 years with no IRB so the students are used to being able to do this I assume.
