Trying to keep some form of a schedule during shelter in place. It's going to be a Grinch to go back to the old schedule where I have to get up earlier!

But right now is the time I have to go get exercise then go outside and do some yard work. then inside to clean the kitchen that ignored yesterday because I had to go into the office and do some work.

Also checking emails having fun telling tenants that while we will not evict for paying late during this time, rent is NOT FORGIVEN, they will still owe it and pay what they can now and the rest when they get the UE or stimulus checks. Many have the weird idea that they just don't have to pay rent AT ALL during this time. Meaning, it's free to live there. We're happy to work out payment plans and waive all late fees once rent is paid in full, but we aren't letting you live there for free.

My neighbor fired up all his Christmas lights this week, including eight of those laser things in his front yard.... said he wanted to spread some cheer in a dark time. No complaints from me whatsoever!

You get it! It took one of my neighbors a few minutes to figure out what I was going for, lol. So either others will crack up and get it or assume I've lost my ever loving mind being trapped at home.

They think that because any landlord that says anything about evictions etc is getting fucking roasted all over social media, so they think they can basically shame companies into not charging them.

I don't really agree with that the same as I don't agree with the SBD guy acting like people were trying to take advantage of them and in a really shitty ton of voice saying rent is your most important priority.

and my county is now officially unde stay-at-home order. as of like 1 minute agoe. not like I didn't see it coming every body around us already is.
