to help bolster a mask, see if you can dig up any 1900 air filters. i'm close with a nurse practitioner with her own clinic who has been practicing 30+ years (so long story short, she knows what she's doing), and the masks she made for herself and her staff have little pockets to insert pieces of the air filter. she was kind enough to give me a mask and some filters, and only asked me to spread the idea as payment to pay it forward. so, just an idea if possible.

It is kind of scary how many food-stuffs get promoted as being healthier for you when they're not.
Margarine (halfway decent-tasting axle grease) and artificial sweeteners are the worst offenders in my book.

If you're worried about it sticking to the bottom of the pan though, you can actually use a clean coffee filter in the very bottom before pouring your batter in. Just oil the pan with whatever you're using, put the filter down, then oil the filter. Flatten the filter and pour in the batter. Works wonders for cakes, and it will work for cornbread too.

ER visit for JH with a catbite.
Antibiotics prescribed
bought dsjhomestead.com, secured youtube, insta, and FB accounts for same.
spilled water on my nightstand because apparently he brought his water glass into my room AFTER I took it to the bathroom (this happened at 4;30)
overslept
ate pancakes and bacon
did yard work
set up a potato bed to plant in a couple of weeks
and getting ready to go back out to it.
