I'd also like to 'go-off' a little about Tajin, and thank everyone who raved about it a while back!
It's really good stuff!
Although personally, I don't see it as a 'fruit' sort of thing.
It's particularly good as an 'Old Bay' alternative on imitation crab-leg sticks, (especially with a little sour cream!)
and I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be great on many other 'meat' type products!
