Not entirely relevant, but there's a weed that grows everywhere around here called Wood Sorrel. It's seriously delicious. I discovered it a couple years ago, and now I go out of my way to forage for it. It looks like clover.

It tastes like lemonade. It's awesome. I've actually been thinking about how good it is to cook with as a sugar or citrus substitute.
