    I got hit with this last week, it took less than a day to get it out of review. Hit them up on twitter @amazonmturk send multiple emails at https://www.mturk.com/mturk/contactus, bug the hell out of them . If they ask for more info to fax in I can post some of the other numbers I fax documents to them then just the standard number they list.
