Topic are pretty simple so if you're good at doing quick presentation, it shouldn't be too hard. You can be a bit creative on how you present your arguments.

Cons:
I guess it depends for everyone when preparing for doing presentation or speech of any kind.
I'm a bit on the slow end when it comes to thinking and preparing, plus I don't really do speech presentations often.
For most people, 5 minute prep time and 3 minute to present shouldn't be much of a problem.
