    About to have to move the ducks out to the full coop.
    Have to get some new food and water trays for them and some hay or some type of bedding.
    @Pronewbi3 Got any tips for the chicken coop? Anything you've learned?
    Or anyone else if y'all got tips!
    We have a full coop with 8 nest boxes and roosting space with windows for venting. It's in a well fenced in area and they have a ton of space to run around. Getting the ducks a kiddy pool to swim in soon too.

    I tried to get the chicks to be photogenic but they were more interested in the fresh food/water I put in when I cleaned the little box they are in.

    About the only thing I've really noticed lately is they love to be off the ground even if it's just a few inches. I ended up putting a few cinder blocks in the coop for them to hop up on. I think I'm going to make a cheap perch out of some extra 2x4s I have around to add some more vertical space. Also if I want them to have some fun I buy a head of cabbage and cut/drill a hole in the middle and stick it on a rope and tie it to the roof. It takes a bit for them to get brave enough to use it but once they do they start pecking at it like mad. It's fun to watch it swing around as they chase it.
