Me too! I didn't get to copy and paste. When I attempted to, it went away. I was worried that I had been hacked. Took a picture of my history as that was the best I could get.

 

It literally didn't translate into anything when I copied/translated what was on the box...all it says is it confirms you did the survey and will be processed. I never saw any type of code at all on the survey, even with the Chinese writing.

 

Is it just me or will this not submit for others? I think the AC is broken.
