I guess they thought the online purchases premium qualification was equivalent to mobile shopping so they just rejected everyone when they presumably saw disagree/strongly disagree responses to "I mainly use mobile site/application when shopping" and "I am familiar with mobile shopping"

 

You can also just type "delete storage.watchers" in the console to delete all your pandas (including ghost ones). I do that every week to have a "clean slate" for starting my week and prevents the annoying situation of trying to panda something, seeing it's not working, going in the console, searching for the appropriate GID and deleting it.
