Oh, dear Lord, some people really make you wonder how they've made it to adulthood without someone reminding them to breathe every so often.

I'm reading a post on Reddit, because of course it's Reddit, where some genius wants to buy a $30,000 car for cash and is wondering what the IRS will do when the forms get filed, because "I haven't had any income that's on paper for at least 6 years".

The backstory according to his posts elsewhere on that esteemed website is he's a professional poker player who only plays cash games, so the IRS can't prove he received any income, so by his definition he doesn't have to pay taxes because cash =/= income, obviously.

IDK what the IRS is going to do when he buys this car but I'd really like to find out so I can laugh.
