lol i figured, its not a bad board specs wise, but the headers and such are just limiting, which to me kinda sucks cause that board would be amazing for a nice ITX HTPC media box build

It should be fine with regular fans. They are normally something like 0.25A each, and a fan header is often like 0.75-1A, so you should be fine.
