I have a bunch of antiviral wipes we (fortunately) bought before this crap happened. They kill everything from HIV to SARs, the flu, etc. And COVID. I whip one of those out and wipe down the cart, then keep those under my hands while I shop.

I also pump gas with one of those between my hand and the pump handle.

Then I totally lather up with disinfectant when I'm back in the car.

I got laughed at as I wanted a bunch green bananas that were below a bunch of yellow bananas. I touched the top yellow bananas with my anti-viral wipe to move them out of the way, lol. But the laugh was in a "We appreciate you!" tone. So I told myself.

 

Those gloves aren't going to do you a single bit of good unless you put a fresh pair on when you get home, then decon every item you touched with them, right? They're useless unless you change them between every item that's not sterile.

 

I got a whole box of them in the car. Luckily I visited my mom's house for mother's day. She is a master thief for stealing gloves and masks from her work

Can't you hand sanitizer your gloves before and after touching anything the same as you do your hands, or am I dumb? Or both?

I don't wear gloves but I do obsessively hand sanitize myself because I'm afraid of germs

I have extra thick gloves that can be worn more than once and I have done that.

I brought them home actually and washed them in antibacterial dish detergent and let them soak.

 

wear gloves, select, buy, and bag groceries, load into car, take off gloves, use sanitizer, drive home, put on gloves, take bags in, wipe with sanitizer wipes as you put away, wash hands.
