Yep, they only have a window unit in their bedroom. The central air is broken.

 

Good lord they should get that fixed, what state is this.

i call bullshit, we had a 1t (i think it was bigger tbh) installed central air unit installed and wired and it cost under $2k when it was installed. and that was before a "friends and family" discount we got for other stuff

We're really lucky the house had a super big rheem installed that cools the whole place to freezing. I just hate the 300$ heating bill in the winter!

 

I don't know. man. That is all I was told.

 

My heating bill is never high like 120 is the highest I've got...in the summer though it can be pretty bad, the vaulted ceiling with the loft is how I ended up with another AC.
