I have so many I will certainly forget some. Most are packed away in my basement right now. I've got a purple Kariya though! A ton of Chicago Wolves (I was a season ticket holder for years), many Avs, a couple Thrashers, few Hawks (Belfour, Versteeg (why Versteeg?????) I think Roenick?), Wings (Fedorov), an ECHL team for a rando player on the Wolves, Leafs, team Finland (Kiprusoff), Flames, Caps (Kolzig), uhhhhh. I know I'm forgetting some.

 

Wait, I think my Flames is Kipper and my team Finland is blank. I feel like I have a Selanne too...

I like hockey, lol. I even went ahead and got the Avs covid masks from the NHL because I couldn't not. Even though I'm near Chicago, I could never really get into the Hawks growing up thanks to Wirtz, so I clung to the Avs, because who wouldn't in the 90s? Then when I was old enough to afford my own tickets, the Wolves were good and local and inexpensive, so that was a ton of fun, but is also why I have the stupid Thrashers by default. The others are just random players that caught my attention for whatever fun reason, since I was kind of a vagabond fan without a true local team.

Good choices, I can't disagree with you there. Selanne grabbing Giguere for his final lap is one of a few clips that will always make me blubber like a baby.

That is awesome. I lived everything NHL when I was a kid lol. It was what I love the most out of anything. I knew stats by heart just because I religiously looked at them on the back of the collector cards. I stayed up all night on school days to watch the Ducks for their run to the Cup in 2003, and I literally teared up when they finally won it in 2007.

And yes, the Giguere and Selanne lap was absolutely amazing, and what a great moment in hockey history that was. They are a special breed on human those guys.

 

lol, I had to specify that Fedorov is the only Wings player I could manage owning. I wouldn't argue against owning an Yzerman jersey though.

I've only recently gotten into cards, lol. You and @leafs4_cup could go head-to-head on stats from cards. As much as I think I know, he really shows me up on stats stuff.
My dad raised me alone so I got my football/baseball fandom and knowledge from him, but he couldn't stand hockey (tried to for me) because he didn't like that they spit on the ice (lol) and didn't like the fighting... So, I have no real idea why I got stuck on hockey, I can only attribute any interest to Joey on Full House? Whatever it was, something drew me to it very young and I'm never letting go.
