    You have to double click the corresponding response on the right side instruction bar rather than below the video. Only clicking on that side, usually double, gets you past the broken video.

    Not entirely true. You just have to do the one that served an actual HIT from the server first. You can use PC/TM to accept them and do them in any order you please as long as you don't let the next HIT load after you submit the endor you were working on.
