Their chat-bot itself comes up with a pop-up in case a word isn't used. It doesn't allow the conversation forward in case of a missing word. Yet they say I used "North Ireland" instead of "not North Ireland" which isn't possible because their chat-bot itself could have recognized that and came up with a pop-up which it didn't.
