Well it might be worth it now. They just sent this in an email: The starting base rate is $0.10 plus a bonus of $0.25 per accurate photo upload. If you continue to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, we will increase your bonus rate

 

Drag and drop has been my friend numerous times when a completion code can't be copy/pasted. Haven't run into that issue yet on an Inquisit HIT yet, so dunno if it works on there, too, or not.

 

You set it to 150? You could've done 150 just by keeping one finger on the caps lock. I was able to do about 650 total.

looks like 25 cents [eta: 35 total] makes a 2 minute search into $10.59/hr. still not really worth it for me, but FYI

 

i was able to knock out around ~220 in 15 minute blocks every day and i wasn't hurrying either. it's doable!

 

I swear I picked that up and tried a cpl months ago and the pay was crap

 

Hmph. The layout and having to hit tab like 5 times to get back to the text box slowed me way the hell down. I need to find a "previous field" shortcut script.

 

Ah. Maybe they changed it up then. My cursor was always in the textbox and I only had to hit enter to go to the next one.

 

I use Shift+tab or are you referring to something else?

Trust me I have it and honestly you aren't missing much. While sure I am able to get the occasional high-paying survey it's really rare, most things with the "greater than 99" qual are super underpaid or from new requesters which makes a rejection even more probable since they don't know how the system works. Like right now there is a hit that has been sitting there for days thats $3 for 90 mins or their was one earlier this week that I'm still super pissed about that said around 40mins for $6 which I took a chance on thinking I could maybe do it in 25 since time estimates are usually off and then actually turned out to be two different timed Inquisit studies that took 75 mins going fast.

Numbers matter more than this qual.

 

Shift-tab does work on the captcha typing HIT, I've been doing it for two days straight.

 

I'm going to add this is the first HIT I've done which has just sat in my queue for multiple days like that. Feels weird.

 

All procrastinators gotta start somewhere.
