    They halted elective surgeries for right now cause their hospitals are filling up but as far as I know they didn't do anything else.

    I know. Aren't masks so dangerous? Surgeons and Surgical Nurses and ER docs and nurses are dropping dead all over the world from wearing them for 16 hour shifts.

    Super dangerous those masks. :emoji_rolling_eyes:

    (I get it if you have a serious respiratory disease,but for most of us? Eh. We'll be fine.)

    I haven't had a single trip to the grocery store without someone melting down, it's so silly. I imagine the fact Kern County is always a bit woo woo & rebellious doesn't help. Desert people have their own thing going on and it can be a bit...odd, I'll call it odd:emoji_sweat_smile:

    Right, but they were hard hit early on as they had people spreading it before any lockdown was in place.

    So if the rest of the country hadn't locked down we'd have had people just spreading it all over the place, too, thus, perhaps, winding up with a NY scenario. (projecting of course...)

    It's been a bit frustrating for sure. I've been in respiratory failure before and have janky lungs now, so I'd much rather wear a mask than wake up on another ventilator for weeks of my life!

    A couple of pages, followed by a code, telling me to submit the code!
    Cons:
    Time is an estimate, could have been less. I'd had it sitting open for quite a while before I started. It gave me a code after what seemed like only screening questions, 2 or 3 pages, so maybe they're going to reject this and say I was screened out. But they gave me a code and told me to submit it!
