I just had a well-rated HIT next in my queue for I think $3, and I was reading the HIT screen and it said "Do not complete this hit if you've already done a HIT from this requester with this title......" and I checked my records.. I'd done it in January, then immediately pressed the return button. After that I noticed the word "today", at the end.
