This is my rib rub:
2 cups paprika
1 cup granulated garlic
1 cup salt
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 cup onion powder
1/4 cup cayenne
1/4 cup white pepper
1/4 cup cumin

remove silver skin, rub very generously with this, I give them smoke for about 3-4 hours but that's in a commercial smoker so you may want to give them a little more, then wrap completely in foil to hold the juices in and cook at 250 until you can grab two bones next to each other and pull them apart without much effort

 

I seriously did not know this since I very
rarely do ribs
