But seriously though, drinking a TON of water every day and taking a quality multivitamin (I take Opti-Men 2 tablets a day) was huge.

 

I keep a liquor handle on hand at all times full of water and make sure I drink it down at least once a day. So at least 1.75L of water a day. I do need that multi vitamin though!

This one took shockingly long to learn. When you're done just go put it back up. Saves time on cleaning and makes the house a better place to live.

 

I always just put shit where it's convenient and then the next thing you know - I got a bunch of crap where it doesn't belong. Then you have to do a cleanup of sorts which is a huge deal because of procrastinating and laziness. Would have been easier to just put shit where it belongs in the first place.
