Speaking of advise to make your life better: Focus on only ingesting news that either deals with you and/or that you can use to make a positive difference in the world. So much noise in the world, you gotta use better filters.

 

I wish I had some good tips but I am a 36 year old with no clue on what the hell is going on half the time.

I would say never be scared of asking for help when you need it. Whether that is from friends, relatives, and/or professionals....doesn't matter. It's ok not to carry everything yourself sometimes.

I have found that this one is a HUGE help to me. Most days I only look at the news once and I limit myself to about 30 minutes. I make sure I stay informed but I don't stress over it.
